This website is an informational showcase dedicated to our wines. It has no registration, cart, online payments or shipping: as a result, we do not collect any personal data from the users who browse it. Browsing is free and anonymous.

The site does not collect personal data through forms, accounts or purchase systems, because none of these features are active. In particular:

• no registration or account creation is required;
• there is no cart, payment or shipping;
• we do not use profiling tools or third-party advertising cookies;
• we do not sell or share data with third parties.

03 — Cookies and technical tools

Cookies used

We use only technical cookies, necessary for the site to function (for example to remember the selected language and for browsing security). They do not require consent under art. 122 of the Privacy Code and are not used to track you.

For display purposes only, the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts: during this step your IP address may be transmitted to the provider's servers solely to serve the fonts. No advertising cookies are installed.

If you decide to write or call us, we will process the data you provide voluntarily (such as your name and e-mail address) solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is to respond to your explicit request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). This data is not used for other purposes and is kept only for as long as needed to handle the communication.
